Why a SpaceX merger isn\u2019t compelling for Tesla stock<\/h2>\n

Tesla shareholders have spent years waiting for the company to mature into a \u201cprofitable\u201d auto and energy business that consistently generates billions in free cash flow.<\/p>\n

Severe governance erosion and reduced voting power<\/h2>\n

Tesla is a regulated, publicly traded company where institutional investors can exert influence over the board, but SpaceX\u2019s dual-class share structure represents a very different governance model.<\/p>\n
